    Shipping and Return Policy


    All orders are produced after your order is placed.

    Orders are generally shipped within 12-15 business days after your artwork and colors are approved and normally take an additional 3 - 7 business days to arrive, depending upon the shipping method selected.

    Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

    Need to cancel an order? A 30% cancellation fee may apply to any items or orders. Please contact your representative.

    Shipments do not require signature for delivery. Shipments are not insured. Please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to stay informed on your package status and receive advance delivery notices.

    You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery of damaged items. You must return damaged or defective merchandise within 5 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund minus shipping charges. The product will be inspected upon receipt of your return. If the product is damaged by the shipper, please take photos, and retain all packing materials. These will be required to process your claim for product value and shipping charges. We will submit the claim on your behalf, but cannot guarantee claim approval by the carrier. We do require that you obtain a Return Authorization prior to sending back an item.

    Spoilage: Due to the large number of factors involved in custom printing, including garment variance from the manufacturer, please allow for an industry standard 3% spoilage rate.

    Returns - PLEASE NOTE: ALL returns REQUIRE prior approval and a Return Authorization Form. No other returns are permitted. Goods returned without prior authorization may not be credited. All returns must have the Return Authorization number included in the mailing address and the package must include a copy of the R.A. form.
