ACCOUNT SETUP: Just click on Sign In on top bar, and then complete the information under the NEW CUSTOMERS section. (For mobile users, the link is located under Shop > Account.)

FORGOT PASSWORD: Don't worry about forgetting your password! The website has a Forgot Password feature which will send a password reset link to your email address.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed via secure server with software and processors who comply with the industry PCI security standards.

DECORATION: A single logo applies to the entire order. All apparel Custom Logos will be embroidered. Embroidery is limited to 8,000 stitches. Logo Setup Fees are non-refundable if an order is canceled. Please email artwork to VSP@VitalSourcePromo.com

PERSONALIZATION: Personalization includes one line of text, exactly as typed in Gotham Medium Bold on the right chest. Personalization is also non-refundable. If you have questions about personalization, please email us at VSP@VitalSourcePromo.com

CANCELLATIONS: Once an order has started processing, a 30% cancellation fee applies to the entire order. No exceptions.

RETURNS: We strive to make every order "exactly right", but due to nature of custom printed orders we cannot accept returns.

DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE: All claims for shortages or damage must be made within 72 hours of delivery of goods. Please see our Shipping and Return Policy.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND ACCOUNT CREDIT: Gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of issue. Gift certificates and account credit may not be redeemed for cash.
